I am posting this recipe to go along with Beer and Brats. However, this is also a nice side dish. Hope you enjoy.

  1. Put oil in skillet. Add cabbage, red wine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, salt and pepper, garlic and water and allow to simmer until cabbage wilts.
  2. Add honey and cider vinegar. Cook until syrupy.
  3. Serve over brats.
