Directions

  1. Chop the red cabbage.
  2. Heat oil in a pot.
  3. Saute red cabbage in oil.
  4. Add vinegar.
  5. Add 1 tbsp sugar.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp salt.
  7. Add clove.
  8. Chop 1 Granny apple and add.
  9. Cook until softened.
  10. Add flour on top to thicken.

My favourite way of eating red cabbage! I've been looking for exactly this recipe for ages but never got the right balance of ingredients (although it's easy enough!). Now this one hits the spot - thanks for posting!
