- 3 large red sweet peppers, chopped
- 3 stalk celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 (1814.36 g) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 946.36 ml vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml cajun seasoning
- 2.46 ml pepper
- 1.23 ml hot pepper sauce
directions
- In a 5-qt slow cooker, combine the peppers, celery, onions and beans.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
- Discard bay leaves before serving.
