I enjoyed this more the day after when all the flavors just blended together. I added the whole chipotle. Might try this again and use a little more chipotle in the red sauce. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

Loved your spiced up version - having made a turkey last week the timing was perfect! Other then having to improvise a little with the chipotle chili made as posted and loved the end result. I scaled the recipe in half - won't be doing that next time around as I am sure any extras would freeze well and would be perfect to have on hand when needing a quick lunch. Thank you Jean Louise, this was a wonderful PAC find!
