This recipe comes from a 1928 cookbook from Rector's Restaurant on Broadway. In business more than 100 years ago. If you have access to fresh horseradish this is the sauce to try. Very simple.
- mix all ingredients well and serve.
I made just enough for one sandwich. My son loves fancy sandwiches and he thought this was great on his creation. Made for Spring PAC 2014.
This is deeeeelicious. Had it on Grilled Sam-Burgers. I did not have fresh horseradish so I used HOLBROS prepared extra hot horseradish. I only used 2 tbsp cream because of the moisture in the prepared horseradish and this turned out PERFECT ;) Thanks for sharing your recipe.
