I love this coleslaw and I could eat it all day long!
- 1⁄3 head cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
- Combine everything but vegetables in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Taste it and alter the taste to your liking, if you want to.
- Toss in the vegetables and enjoy!
- Alternatively, make this one day ahead and refrigerate it overnight.
