I love this coleslaw and I could eat it all day long!

  1. Combine everything but vegetables in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Taste it and alter the taste to your liking, if you want to.
  2. Toss in the vegetables and enjoy!
  3. Alternatively, make this one day ahead and refrigerate it overnight.
