Nice of you to make a vegan dish when you eat meat.

Excellent! This was a huge hit with a veggie/cracker tray I made for a party. I used chicken bouillon granules and shallot in place of onion. I also used light tofu. Great recipe, just great. Thanks!

My boyfriend really liked this dip. I thought it was okay. (I combined his 5 starts with my 3.) The boullion was too strong and overpowered the dip. I think I was also expecting it to taste more lika a traditional spinich dip, but it's not.

This is really excellent. You'd never guess this dip contains tofu: cream cheese maybe, parmesan possibly, but surely not tofu! Bring it to a party and tell people afterwards. They won't believe it! ...and it doesn't taste like soy sauce after a couple days in the fridge.

Sorry, This just didn't do it for me. I found the flavors a strange combination and the boullion granuals came through too strongly. Good idea though.

A friend of mine made this for me the other day and I just searched for it to make it myself. I thought it was delicious, and I'm not a vegetarian either! She actually forgot to put in the olives, but she had some in the salad, so we occasionally transferred one over to a dipped cracker -- I was impressed already, but when you add the olives, it just makes it that much more special. I'll definitely be making this one for my next party. Great recipe, thanks!
