      I can say I have never had the combination of sauerkraut and mushrooms before in cooking from German background. But it turned out very good. The pork chops were pale, so I'll brown them the next time I make this. I will NOT add the water next time either. Other then that, it just needed a little pepper in the end. A super easy recipe, thank you for posting. Made for *ZWT 6* I was on team *Ya Ya Cookerhood*

      Super easy and pretty darn tasty too. I used 3 boneless center cut pork chops so they baked for about 40-45 minutes. Made for the Babes of ZWT4.

      This was very easy to prepare and used limited ingredients. Took about 45 minutes to bake, but I did have thicker pork chops. The flavor was good. The only thing was once it baked it had a lot of liquid in the dish. Also, might brown the pork chops a little the next time. Made for ZWT 2008.
