I found a recipe on this web site and changed it to my liking..To make it really easy, you can use the pre-cut coleslaw mix. It's near the pre-made salads at the store..

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup carrot (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose Greek seasoning (pepper will work, I like the little spicy taste of the greek seasoning.)

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover; chill.
