Really Easy African Mango Fool

An easier version of mango fool! This is called African but also made in the Caribbean and the South!


  1. Peel and cut mango into pieces. Place the mango in the blender or food processor with the sugar and puree. Fold in desired amount of whipped cream and chill in the fridge. Serve when cold. Enjoy!

I was going to give this a 4-star, but then I thought that if I had used real whipped cream instead of whipped topping, it would probably be *at least* a 5-star. So I think the fault is mine for being cheap and lazy. LOL. This *was* good and I'm sure it'd be *great* with real whipped cream. Reviewed for ZWT4.

Creamy & refreshing, a perfect way to end my stay in Africa (ZWT 4). I used mango, pineapple, & banana blended with the sugar & whipped cream.

Creamy, light, refreshingly good! I skipped the sugar my mango were very sweet. Made using 1 mango and 1/2 cup whipped cream. Thanks.
