I am not a tea drinker but I do love chai. I have never attempted to make a concentrate or a chai at home so I wasn't sure what to expect. This was very easy, only took a few minutes really. I eliminated the sugar because that seemed like a redundantcy to me after using sweetened condensed milk. I let the mixture sit for about 6 hours before I made my first cup of tea this evening and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I imagine that my cup in the morning will be even more flavorful after the flavors continue to blend. Thank you so much for a quick and easy way to make chai at home with ingredients I always have on hand. Now I just need to keep the black tea in my pantry as well!
