Directions

  1. Mix spices and sugar together to make a dry rub. Rub into ribs on both sides.
  2. Place ribs in a Zip Lock bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or over night.
  3. Line bottom pan of oven with Aluminium foil.
  4. Line rack with aluminium foil and cut drain slots with a sharp knife.
  5. Place ribs on 1 inch rack and cook on high for 18 minutes.
  6. Turn ribs over and cook 18 minutes more, or until internal temperature is 160 Deg.
  7. Serve with your favorite warmed BBQ Sauce.
