ingredients
- 8 ounces sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 3 ice cubes
directions
- add yogurt and protein powder to blender. blend on low for 30 seconds.
- add raspberries, lime juice, and sugar substitue. blend on medium for 30 seconds.
- add ice and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- pour in tall glass, serve and enjoy!

Always remember to use low-fat, less calorie substitutes for any recipes that list higher fat or calorie ingredents (i.e. Milk = Skim Milk, Sugar = Splenda, Butter = Smart Balance, etc.). You really dont have to give up good taste to eat better and lose weight!
