Are you tired of the same old smoothie? Well, this is a refeshing twist on the plain old fruit drink. Complete balance of protein and carbs in a great tasting treat!
- 8 ounces sugar-free non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
- 3 ice cubes
- add yogurt and protein powder to blender. blend on low for 30 seconds.
- add raspberries, lime juice, and sugar substitue. blend on medium for 30 seconds.
- add ice and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- pour in tall glass, serve and enjoy!
