Wow, this was AMAZING! Cilantro and tomatoes are two of my most favorite things in the world, so this was perfect. I used garlic instead of shallots, and used waaaay more cilantro than in the recipe. Absolutely delicious, thanks for this!
I really like this soup. When I made it the first time I put in too much salt (should have measured). I also added garlic, a little extra cilantro and some cayenne which made it spicy but hearty. I love this receipe because it was easy to make and really fresh tasting.
Wonderful and so easy to make! Makes a bunch which is great because it also makes very yummy leftovers. I sprinkled in a good amount of cayenne.
I am on a detox where I have to eat all raw and organic food. I craved tomato soup one night and lo and behold, here is a recipe for a tomato soup I can have. This is amazing and I have made three batches in the last week (no joke!). I did decrease the amount of salt I put in to about a tsp. Thanks so much!
