Easy raw food tomato soup recipe.
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon shallot
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- Blend all ingredients. Add up to 1 cup water to preferred constancy, if desired. Sieve and serve.
Wow, this was AMAZING! Cilantro and tomatoes are two of my most favorite things in the world, so this was perfect. I used garlic instead of shallots, and used waaaay more cilantro than in the recipe. Absolutely delicious, thanks for this!
I really like this soup. When I made it the first time I put in too much salt (should have measured). I also added garlic, a little extra cilantro and some cayenne which made it spicy but hearty. I love this receipe because it was easy to make and really fresh tasting.
Wonderful and so easy to make! Makes a bunch which is great because it also makes very yummy leftovers. I sprinkled in a good amount of cayenne.
