this is one of the recipes of my MIL which dh is crazy about!...egg is an optional thing...goes well with wheat bread...we have it with roti(chapatis) as a side dish!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups very finely chopped garlic sprouts (leaves and a little part of the white garlic)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium potato, boiled and skin peeled off
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt

Directions

  1. in a plate mix together"with the palm of your hand" all the ingredients into a paste form.
  2. Done!
  3. (if using egg then heat the mixture on a very low flame till the mix turns to whitten from the bottom-- or till the eggs get lighhtly cooked!).
