Getting further and further into raw foods. I found this recipe online and it's here for safekeeping. Looks great.
- 1 large avocado
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 6 dates, pitted
- 10 dried cherries
- 1 pinch himalayan salt
- Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill and enjoy a totally raw, totally antioxidant rich, creamy treat!
