Raw Food Green Cilantro Citrus Smoothie

This is a recipe adapted from a raw website. I wasn't sure how good it would be, but turns out it's delicious! You have to like cilantro . If you don't remove the membranes from the fruit you'll have some chewy pieces, which I happen to like, however others may wish to remove the white membranes from between the fruit segments.

  1. Throw it in the blender and blend. Adjust agave and cinnamon to taste. (I used a BIG pinch of cinnamon).
  2. The amounts aren't important in this recipe, you may adjust as you like. The way it's written will give you a smoothie that tastes mostly of grapefruit and cilantro.
