  1. Delicious! I can't believe how creamy this dessert was. I used agave instead of maple syrup, and used less than recommending in the recipe. I used stevia to make up for the rest of the sweetness--don't want to overload on the sugar! Thank you SO much for this recipe, it's definitely going to be a staple in my house now.

  2. Rushing in where others fear to tread, I brought this to a congregational dinner. I made a recipe and a half (9 servings) and put the mousse in 3 oz cups with a squirt of whipped cream. Happy diners, one and all; loads of compliments and expressed astonishment at the raw ingredients. Thank you, selfmadegirl, for a great healthy dessert. I can see this as a frequent flyer on our menu plans!

  3. This was good but I don't know if I can sell my family on the idea of avocado in it since we eat avocados with lemon juice, salt, pepper. It is very rich and had a good flavor. I would make it again for myself. Thanks.

  4. Delicious! Great chocolate fix made with ingredients I always have on hand. I'm a serious chocoholic so I thought the cocoa amount was perfect. Thanks, selfmadegirl, for a keeper. I'll be making this a lot!

  5. Excellent! I made a fourth of a batch as well. The cocoa was a bit much for me as well, but er... the slightly open top of the food processor took care of part of that problem and another half of an avocado took care of the rest.

I love cooking. When it comes to recipes, I usually only use them for baking, and even then often end up changing them a fair bit. All of my baking is vegan.
