Quick and easy.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 (15 ounce) cans beef ravioli
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Crumble beef into skillet.
- Add onion and fry until brown.
- Stir in 2 cans beef ravioli.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese to top of meal.
- Heat until melted.
- Serve warm.
