  1. This is a good-tasting, fast and easy recipe and all suggestions for how to serve by Finders Keepers are excellent. I'm not a fan of basil so it was eliminated by me but for my friends who love fresh basil, this recipe would be perfect as is for them.

I have 3 kids (a boy who's 5, another boy who's 8, and a 39 year old husband) who make faces at anything that resembles a vegetable. I'm a stay-at-home-Mom, but work as a substitute teacher sometimes if they need me. We live in Utica, New York.
