This is simple goodness! I love that it's one of my DH's favorite meals, and it takes just minutes to make! Use any flavor ravioli you like, but we prefer Italian Sausage Ravioli.
- 1 (30 ounce) packagefrozen ravioli (any flavor)
- 1 (7 ounce) container pesto sauce
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- Boil ravioli according to package directions.
- Drain ravioli.
- Return ravioli to pot and toss with pesto and tomatoes until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
This made a great and easy dinner for us and an opportunity to try some new raviolis I had been wanting to try. Made for Culinary Quest.
This is my favorite too - especially when I don't feel like cooking much.
This was a fast easy dinner....I did cheat a little and use a knorr creamy pesto sauce packet instead of the pesto sauce as I did not have any...still was great...
