From Gourmet, July 2007. A raspberry syrup. Best used fresh picked raspberries.

Units: US | Metric
- 1Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepan and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 2Reduce heat simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 3Strain with a fine mesh sieve into bowl by pressing gently.
- 4Discard solids. If more than 1 cup syrup reduce by boiling.
- 5Cool, then chill covered.
