Excellent. The only change I made was to cut back on the salt. Thank you Sage for sharing the recipe.
Yum! I used a premium white wine vinegar instead of raspberry, and a strong imported Dijon. High quality ingredients are a must for good dressings :) This was a great recipe and I loved the thick, creamy texture from all the Dijon. Used it for a pasta salad with spicy sausage, mozzarella, and green peppers.
I made a quick salad for my DH and he really loved this dressing. I too used walnut olive oil and this was a nice addition. :)
Excellent salad dressing! Easy to make a head of time, set out for a bit and was delicious on top of plain romaine lettuce. Made an easy salad get awesome raves! It was a nice savory wonderful flavor. Thank you for sharing. Made for ZWT3 Family Picks. ;)
Excellent and tasty dressing! I used the Raspberry Vinegar, but for the oil, I used a Walnut Oil. This was so yummy! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
This was great! We had it just on some torn romaine leaves, so we could really appreciate the flavor of the dressing. If I didn't know, I would not have guessed this was a raspberry vinaigrette, because the ingredients were in such perfect harmony! Nothing stuck out. I used Herbes De Provence for the herbes and I could tell the lavender was there, but only because I was tasting for it. Thank you for a lovely salad dressing. :)
Excellent dressing! When I see Raspberry vinagrette I immediately think of a sweet dressing, but this is savory. Thanks for sharing.
I just couldn't get into the taste. Maybe my raspberry vinegar was too strong. It had a very strong taste and was kind of thick. Though, DH, who is not fussy about new dressings said it was good, just don't put too much on!!
This was very good. My husband and I cooked Valentine dinner for our bible study group, 12 couples and this was a hit! I added little sugar and some raspberry preserves, but the basic recipe is terrific. Thanks.
