      Elmotoo...do not use seeds from jam...When the seeds are ground they are very bitter. Also had to add more sweetener. Bland

      This has potential. I'm not sure what went wrong - it could be my ingredients not the recipe. There was an odd taste. I wonder if the vanilla extract is the culprit? Next time I will use seedless jam as the seeds did not beak down. The texture is fabulous. It's the easiest recipe in the world. Gonna give it another shot. I made this for PAC 9/06.
