  1. Mix first 3 ingredients to make the crust.
  2. Press into a 13x9 pan.
  3. For filling--------.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  8. Stir in frozen raspberries until Jello is about set.
  9. Spread over cream cheese filling.
  10. Chill.
