- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup hot water
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Puree berries in food processor until smooth.
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Process until blended.
- Serve at once of freeze.
