Recipe from a milk carton. I like it because I can use low fat yogurt and milk, and it still tastes rich.
- 3⁄4 cup raspberry yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup cold milk
- 2 cups raspberry sherbet
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
This was more like a shake to me than a smoothie, but either way it was delicious. Very rich and sweet, but I really loved it. I think I will also try this using orange yogurt and orange sherbet. I used skim milk and Yoplait Light yogurt (fat free).
