Fresh raspberry sauce is perfect for ice cream, cheesecake, and all sorts of desserts!


  1. Process raspberries and sugar in a blender or processor until smooth.
  2. Press berries through fine mesh strainer to remove seeds.
  3. Place berr mixture in saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and stir over medium heat until thickened & bubbling.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
