Very Yummy Jello Dessert. I made for Father's Day and everyone (my 75 yr old Dad to my 9 yo DD) enjoyed this. Made just as directed except used Splenda in the pretzel layer to cut down on the sugar a little. It was very pretty done in the bundt pan.
Wonderful ... so good I ate it as dessert instead of with the meal. This is kind of like no bake cheese cake tasting. I made a few adjustments. I used raspberry jello, fresh strawberries and low fat cream cheese. Putting it in the bundt pan also made for a great presentation - I will def make this again- Thanks!
One of my absolute favorite salads. I prefer to make it with strawberry jello and frozen strawberries as I don't like the seeds in the raspberries. Yummy!!
