- 3 ounces raspberry gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 10 ounces birds eye frozen raspberries in light syrup
- 1 cup sour cream (1/2 pint)
directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add frozen raspberies and stir until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Pour into mold or glass serving bowl.
- Chil for 3 hours.
