Simple as turning on a blender!
- 1 quart fresh raspberries or 2 packages frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup sugar, to taste
- Puree: Combine ingredients in a blender container and purée.
- Press through a sieve to remove seeds.
- Serve over slices of chocolate torte.
nice simple recipe. i didn't really need any of the sugar though, which was nice. will use over and over. thanks!
