From Smoothies and Summer Drinks. High in vitamin C, and very low in fat!
- 1⁄3 cup egg substitute (all whites)
- 1⁄2 cup lemonade (chilled)
- 1 (6 ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- Blend all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth.
- Garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice if desire.
