Raspberry Peach Lemonade Protein Smoothie

From Smoothies and Summer Drinks. High in vitamin C, and very low in fat!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup egg substitute (all whites)
  • 12 cup lemonade (chilled)
  • 1 (6 ounce) container nonfat peach yogurt
  • 12 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender on medium speed until smooth.
  2. Garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice if desire.
