A tasty sauce for pound cake or ice cream. Very easy to make.
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1⁄4 cup triple sec (or Cointreau )
- 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- NOTE: If you don't want seeds in your sauce, process berries in a food mill/sieve first and then put puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
