I thought this sounded gross when I first heard about it, but it actually tastes pretty good!

So easy... I made grape flavour as that's the only jelly crystals I had, it made 3 nice size jars and the kids don't even realise it contains tomatoes...bonus!


  1. In a large pot, mix tomatoes and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add gelatin and stir well.
  5. Seal in jars or in freezer.
