These are really light and fluffy! They tasted really great also. I think its just a personal taste preference but next time I make these I will use 1 cup sugar, I like them a little sweeter I think.Thanks for sharing such a simple,quick and awesome recipe! Its a keeper for me!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange 12 paper liners in muffins pans.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Mix wet ingredients.
  5. Add wet to dry, mixing quickly until just combined.
  6. Lightly fold in raspberries.
  7. Spoon into paper liners.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm in the center, cool on wire rack.
