  1. Tear up mint leaves and put them in the glass along with a handful or raspberries and a splash of simple syrup
  2. Muddle the ingredients together
  3. Add the juice of the lime and add ice
  4. Pour in the rum and a splash of club soda or sparkling water
  5. Stir well
  6. Enjoy!
