Semifreddo is sort of like an ice cream except it stays fairly soft. Very easy and delicious dessert. Quite healthy. Low in fat. Time includes 2-3 hours freezing time.

- 1Crush macaroons into small pieces.
- 2Combine 3/4 of macaroons with raspberries, yoghurt and honey in a large bowl.
- 3Spoon into 6 cup capacity airtight container.
- 4Top with remaining macaroons.
- 5Freeze for 2-3 hours covered.
