Wow! I agree this is a super easy and tasty summer pie. You can also "skinny" it some with fat-free condensed milk and Cool Whip. I also liked crushing the berries in my hand before folding them in.
Super easy! I had everything on hand. I did use a baked pie shell instead of the graham crust. I liked the combination of the lime and raspberry. Very fresh tasting. I could see using other combinations of juice and fruit.

An easy and very yummy pie. The key lime juice has such great tartness that I really like. Had a very creamy texture and we thought this was THE perfect summer dessert. I am making one again next weekend when my in-laws come for a visit. Thanks.
I have discovered a treasure. This pie was soooo delicious and beautiful. I used fresh key lime juice (yowie) for maximum lime flavor. I used a couple drops of food coloring and the filling was a pretty light pink color. Raspberry and lime are a good flavor combination. Thanks Nurse Di. Another winner.
