What a yummy different dessert! We had my sister, niece and nephew over and by the time the night was over the pan was empty. Since we didn't have frozen raspberries other than crushed ones we used frozen blueberries in place and it was awesome!people found this review Helpful. VERY, VERY TASTY DESSERT, & easy-to-make as well! Was going to let my other half take this & share at work, but since it was around here so long before Monday morning came around, we decided to finish it off between ourselves! Thanks for this great keeer recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Please Review My Recipe tag]people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... This was delicious! I did buy a large container of cool whip and added the remainder of it to the top of the dessert and then saved 12 whole raspberries for garnish. I also used splenda to replace the granular sugar-but not the powdered sugar. If you make this dessert and are considering leaving out the extra 1/2 cup sugar in the filling-DON'T! I think I may even add 3/4 cup of splenda next time and I do not prefer things too sweet- the frozen berries just needed the extra boost. I suppose you could pop one of the frozen berries in your mouth and if its sweet stick with the 1/2 cup and if its pretty tart you could increase the sugar. All in all it was a fabulous dessert and the little bit that was left to sit overnight was even better the next morning(I ate it for breakfast)! Thanks so much for posting!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
