  • Core tomatoes and cut into chunks; process in blender.
  • Boil tomatoes with sugar for 15 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat; add Jell-o and stir well.
  • Pour in jars. Seal, cool and refrigerate or freeze or process in boiling bath water for 10 minutes.

  1. It does taste very much like raspberry jam (similar in texture and appearance too)and is a good use of green tomatoes at the end of the summer. My kids thought this was interesting. (turning tomatoes into raspberries). I still like the real thing best!
