This tastes just like raspberry, although no raspberries were used in this process.

It does taste very much like raspberry jam (similar in texture and appearance too)and is a good use of green tomatoes at the end of the summer. My kids thought this was interesting. (turning tomatoes into raspberries). I still like the real thing best!

  1. Core tomatoes and cut into chunks; process in blender.
  2. Boil tomatoes with sugar for 15 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat; add Jell-o and stir well.
  4. Pour in jars. Seal, cool and refrigerate or freeze or process in boiling bath water for 10 minutes.
