The is a wonderful with prime rib, pork tenderloin, ... You can add more horseradish to make even spicier.
- 1⁄2 cup raspberry jam (red)
- 1⁄4 cup apple jelly
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (grated not creamy)
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
This is a very easy sauce to make and it is wonderful with any meat.
