I haven't tried this yet, but it sure sounds good. I bet this would also make a delicious fondue!
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate (get the good stuff, Ghirardelli)
- 1⁄4 cup raspberry liqueur or 1⁄4 cup raspberry juice
- 1⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- Combine over low heat until melted.
- Serve over ice cream or whatever.
- Garnish with whole raspberries.
