Raspberry Frangelico Yoghurt
- 3 tablespoons Frangelico
- 8 tablespoons Greek yogurt, heaping
- 4 ounces raspberries, fresh
- 2 sprigs mint, for decoration
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Frangelico into the yoghurt.
- Crush the raspberries with the back of a fork in a small bowl, and then very lightly marble them into the yoghurt.
- Spoon into two bowls, decorate with the mint and serve.
