I made a double batch of these to take to work, but they never made it there. With 4 kids here this summer, they didn't last 24 hours. Really good, really easy.

  1. Heat oven 375.
  2. mix brownie mix, butter, flour, egg & vanilla.
  3. Let dough stand 15 minutes.
  4. Shape into 24 dough balls.
  5. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. bake 10- 13 minutes.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Spread preserves on 1/2 cookies.
  9. Top with un-spread cookie, powdered sugar & 1 raspberry.
