A very refreshing drink. I couldn't taste the lemon but I think it helped to cut the sweetness. We really enjoyed it! Made for ZWT8

This is like a really strong raspberry flavored lemonade. Perfect for these terribly hot days we are having right now here in Florida.....I know I'm supposed to be cooking for ZWT, but those refreshingly icy drinks keep drawing me in! Made for ZWT8.

Wow momaphet is this good. I love, love, love raspberries and grow my own. I used berries that I had previously frozen and couldn't have been happier with the results. I added ice cubes and a little club soda to my glass for the perfect treat. I really enjoyed the intense flavor of the cordial. Thank you so much for sharing. This recipe is a winner because you get the sumptuous colour, flavour and aroma of raspberries but the pesky seeds are discarded. I use fresh raspberries when I have too many all ripening at once (haven't tried the original version with frozen fruit). Best served in a glass jug to appreciate the colour, a gorgeous deep cloudy pink. Last but not least, the flavour is intense, so it goes a long way diluted with mineral water or poured over ice cubes. Well worth the effort!
