I used romaine lettuce from our garden for the greens, and greek raspberry yogurt rather than plain. The salad seemed a bit dry going down (perhaps because greek yogurt is thicker), but amazingly, the black pepper was really great with the dressing. Who would have thought that yogurt, raspberries, and black pepper make a great tasting salad. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

We thought this was a wonderful summer salad. We used fresh locally grown raspberries and it just upped the salad one more notch. It was a refreshing combination. Made for Everydays a Holiday tag.

This was a lovely salad! Not being a fan of red lettuces, I just used romaine. I used vegetarian chicken strips, and skipped the celery. For the dressing, I used vanilla yogurt and Truvia instead of sugar; I wound up with far too much dressing for the salad, so I just ate the rest of it plain -- a bit weird to be eating such tangy yogurt, but it was delicious nonetheless. Thanks for posting!

Simply delicious, easy, and healthy! Made as posted except I did forget to add the black pepper. I think some slivered almonds would be nice in this plus one green onion. Thanks mikekey for sharing. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders tag.

Great salad! Made just as specified and loved every bite. The dressing is fantastic on this, and the simplicity of the ingredients is what makes this work so well. Thanks for posting this great recipe!

Made for lunch today, which also let to a new sin. The raspberrys at the farmers market did not look so good, but the Ollalieberries were to die for so subbed Ollalieberries for raspberrys. Picked up a loaf of artisan whole wheat walnut bread to go with the salad. The salad was very yummy, with the chicken and berries working well together. Used baby greens, think next time I should use roman instead and may add just one green onion (such light flavors in this salad that more than one would over power). Now back to the sin part dipping the artisan bread in one of the best dressing I have ever had, yummy, yummy. Thanks for the post.

A wonderfully healthy, low-fat, delicious and oh-so-easy-to-prepare salad. The raspberries were such a fabulous addition! Just LOVE raspberries! :) I used creamy Greek yoghurt - not as low in fat as what mikekey had recommended but it's what I love and pretty well always use. I was out of celery so used slices of cucumber, which I really enjoyed with the other ingredients. I made this - scaled back to one serve - the night before and enjoyed it as a take-to-work lunch during the week. I added the dressing just before eating it. Next time I make this, I'm looking forward to preparing it for several friends or family to enjoy - as soon as an opportunity arises - as I KNOW that this is a true star recipe! So glad to have found this one, mikekey: thank you for posting it. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
