"O, The Oprah Magazine," 12/05 issue. This cocktail simply sparkles! Wonderful for an elegant brunch or a cook-out! Update 0618/07 -- add berry in each flute (Thanks to Merlot).
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Chambord raspberry liquor (raspberry-flavored liqueur)
- 3⁄4 cup chilled champagne
- Combine Chambord and Champagne in a flute.
So pretty and elegant! A great way to enjoy champagne all year long! Thanks for posting!
Made these for New Years Eve last night. They were really good. Personally, I think champagne has an "edge" to it and the chambord took that edge away. Everyone enjoyed them. I had none left :)
This cocktail was perfect for the brunch I held for the "girls" this afternoon. The sparkling pale pink color was very pretty and elegant (I dropped a fresh raspberry in each glass.) Thanks so much DiScharf, for making my party a success.
